We originally were going to list with a competitor agency. An agent came out, walked through our house, made us feel like our house should essentially be “red tagged” gave us a “low ball” listing price and did not point out one positive thing about our home. Although we felt defeated, I did call your company and explained our situation. They put us in contact with (Susan and) Jim.
